As our Head of Product Marketing, you will
- Lead & align Product Marketing across domains + markets
- Manage and coach a team of 17 Product Marketers, including 2 managers;
- Set a clear operating rhythm (priorities, decision cadence, planning) to absorb launches and roadmap shifts;
- Ensure consistency of messaging across domains + markets, while adapting locally where needed.
Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Map and actively manage senior stakeholders (Product, Growth, Engineering, Regional GMs, etc.);
- Resolve misalignment, clarify trade-offs, and steer decisions with strong exec communication;
- Influence without formal authority, with a high degree of context switching and ambiguity.
Deliver scalable GTM execution and product narrative
- Maintain and evolve a repeatable GTM playbook (positioning, messaging, enablement);
- Anticipate upcoming roadmap needs and strengthen customer-centric storytelling across the company;
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset (PDCA) for launches, learnings, and iterations.
What we're looking for
- Must-haves
- Proven senior stakeholder management experience in complex, cross-functional environments;
- Strong structured problem solving & prioritisation (you can decide what not to do);
- Solid people leadership, including leading leaders / managing through Lead PMMs;
- Comfortable operating with limited day-to-day support (direct report to senior exec).
- Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a European fintech (easier ramp-up in our context);
- Familiarity with regulated environments and the ability to learn fast and upskill others.
