As the Director of Product Marketing, you'll serve as the link between our product and its users. You will:- Own Patreon's product positioning and messaging framework.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for major product launches.
- Build and maintain deep market intelligence.
- Partner with Product leadership to influence roadmap prioritization.
- Develop tools and frameworks for Creator Success, Partnerships, and Acquisitions.
- Define how we measure product marketing impact.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Product Marketing team.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should have:- 10+ years of product marketing experience, with 3+ years in a senior role.
- A proven track record of leading impactful product launches.
- Strong strategic instincts and execution skills.
- Experience in translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to align competing priorities.
- Proven team-building and mentorship experience.
- Familiarity with market research and competitive intelligence.
- A passion for the creator economy.
