• Our platform brings the whole team, office and field, onto a shared visual canvas, and Manny, our AI scheduling assistant, helps teams build, track, and recover their plans.

Why this role matters

• You will help shape features from the start, turn releases into adoption and expansion, and sharpen how we position Planera in a market that is still forming.

What you'll do

• Partner with product management and engineering to shape positioning and messaging.
• Own product and feature launches end to end.
• Drive engagement and adoption across the full user journey.
• Own competitive intelligence and build the enablement layer for sales teams.
• Own positioning and messaging for the product, and partner with leadership on pricing and packaging.

What we're looking for

• Experience in construction technology or adjacent built-world software company.
• Comfortable sitting inside a product team, influencing what gets built.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track results and iterate.
• Bonus points for direct experience marketing to general contractors or familiarity with CPM scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary in the range of $150,000 to $200,000, depending on experience and location, plus equity and full benefits.
