Position Overview

We're hiring a Director of Product Marketing to own the go-to-market strategy for 1Password's core product portfolio: Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, and Device Trust. This role reports to the VP of Solutions Marketing. This is a senior leadership role with two responsibilities that carry equal weight: running a strong PMM team, and owning the positioning, narrative, and GTM execution for 1Password's core products.

Responsibilities

  • Run a strong PMM team, developing their skills and output.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for EPM, SaaS Manager, and Device Trust.
  • Build competitive intelligence and category positioning.
  • Produce sales enablement tools and resources.
  • Serve as the voice of the market to Product.
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap.
  • Be a credible external voice at analyst briefings and customer calls.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with a focus on identity security.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-adjacent security solutions.
  • 3+ years managing PMMs directly.
  • Strong narrative instincts and the ability to write for multiple audiences.
