Job Description
We're looking for an experienced product marketer who is both creative and results-oriented. This role will help shape Linearโs story, taking a lead role in our solutions messaging and sales enablement efforts. Youโll work across our audience segments (from startups to public companies) to tell the story of how Linear enables our customers to build better products, be more efficient, and communicate effectively across their organizations. Youโll partner with teams across the company to help create awareness and adoption and to elevate our overall messaging.

Requirements
- We are more interested in creative story tellers than any specific, traditional marketing background but experience might span marketing, product marketing, product management, digital agency, strategy consulting, or other relevant areas
- Demonstrated experience developing successful marketing strategies
- Experience crafting marketing materials geared towards a technical audience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A keen sense for brand
What you'll do
- Tell the Linear story and the stories of our customers
- Understand our customers, target segments and buyer personas
- Work with data and insights to convey Linearโs impact on our customers
- Manage a number of diverse and complex projects, keeping all work streams on track
- Develop go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of our product and new features
- Create product positioning and messaging that emphasizes Linear's value proposition
- Create customer-facing assets such as customer stories and sales collateral that are polished and convey concepts visually
- Collaborate across the marketing team and with nearly every team at Linear
