Job Description
Battlebound has an exciting position open for a Product Marketing Director for AAA quality web3 games. This role is responsible for driving player acquisition and helping shape product development by leading the brand strategy, identity, and market opportunity for Evaverse and all Battleboundโs future games. Our ideal candidate will represent the web3 playerโs voice, drive community engagement while building a foundational brand strategy, and support the studioโs product development, insights, go-to-market, and continuous growth initiatives. This role will emphasize marketing efforts on social media channels such as Twitter and Discord to create highly engaged communities around our products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead player acquisition, brand strategy, identity, and market opportunities for Battleboundโs web3 gaming products.
- Create a long-term vision and multi-year strategy that captures player affinity within our target demographic.
- Spearheading Battleboundโs gamesโ target market, and awareness and delivering multi-channel go-to-market plans for various features and releases.
- Drive key results across creative development, go-to-market strategy, analytics and market insights, and campaign planning and deployment.
- Drive strategic influencer and social media marketing campaigns across all Battleboundโs social platforms.
- Create new marketing content (videos, blogs, etc.) to support growth initiatives.
- Established portfolio of influencer, media, and PR contacts
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in gaming or entertainment
- Knowledge of Web2 and Web3, NFT, and Blockchain sectors
- Strong communication skills and understanding of KPIs to highlight our marketing efforts and growth initiatives
- Can excel in a fast-paced environment and execute with full ownership.
- Reliable and versatile copywriting experience across multiple marketing channels

- Experienced with Discord, Twitter, Web3, and NFT marketing strategies.
