Your mission as a Senior Product Marketer is to work closely with product and commercial teams to ensure the successful go to market of business segments. Youโll be part of the Belgium team, with the ambition to become a market leader.
Your mission is 3-fold, in order of priority
1. Obsess about the value proposition and how we pitch in sales conversations, look for what does not work and craft solutions together with commercial teams (sales enablement).
2. Build a deep understanding of our business segment and personaโs through market intelligence and transfer this knowledge to product and commercial teams.
3. Obsess about our product: Organize and funnel back the product feedback from the field to influence the product roadmap and iterate on the pitch.
Examples of tasks you will own to achieve your mission:
- Write the value proposition and pitch for a new segment (ex: blue collars) in close collaboration with sales teams
- Test your value proposition and pitch by joining sales meetings and full deal cycles, from very small companies to the largest Belgian corporations.
- Create the supporting marketing materials.
- Craft and execute on creative ideas to unblock sales cycles (e.g. Organize a wellbeing workshop with decision makers).
- Scale what you learn from specific cycles to other commercial teams through trainings.
- Gather product feedback from commercial teams and analyse what to prioritize in the product roadmap to unlock the most deals.
You will be the first senior product marketer for the Belgian market, you will be an interlocutor between marketing x sales x product. You will have a 360 view of the business and have the opportunity to shape how we go to market, challenge exiting play books and build new ones.

- Natural talent in storytelling and copywriting.

- Strong business sense.
- Appetite for both strategic thinking and hands-on work (ex: you are ok with content creation)
- Analytical mind: ability to frame solutions to ill define or ambiguous problems. Ability to simplify complex content.
- You are able to rally stakeholders from diverse teams and seniority levels around a common goal
- Fluency in Dutch and cultural context (Belgium) is a must.
Experience & background
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Manager or Brand. Preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Experience in defining, positioning and launching products or services. In any capacity (ex-entrepreneur, part of go to market teams, โฆ)
- Experience in working in or with commercial organisations or go to market teams.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments.
