Job Description
SoSafe is seeking an experienced Technical Product Marketing Manager to oversee a key product line from ideation through post-launch, with a strong emphasis on technical marketing. You will play a pivotal role in product innovation, working closely with Product Groups and GTM stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market alignment.
As part of this work, you will partner closely with our Product Groups, being highly engaged in the innovation processes of new product lines. Leading up to a product launch you will develop messaging and enablement for the new product lines and work across PMM and GTM stakeholder teams to ensure clarity in customer and partner understanding of the new features. Through the close feedback loop with GTM stakeholders and market research you can bring market insights back to the product development, ultimately bridging the gap between product development and our markets.
This is an 18 month's fixed term contract.
Qualifications:
- You have 4+ years of experience at a SaaS company.
- You have been responsible for creating and driving go-to-market plans across a variety of owned channels product enablement assets to best enable field organisation.
- You're a passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- You're results-driven, eager to jump in to get things done and don't get flustered in a fast-paced environment.
- You are detail-oriented, able to think creatively and solve and collaborate well in a cross-functional team environment.
An ideal candidate will be able to:
- Work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across different teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and customer success.
- Leverage your technical acumen and marketing expertise to bridge the gap between product development and market strategy.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to deeply understand product functionality and technical details.
- Translate complex technical features into compelling value propositions, ensuring that our products resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with sales leadership and enablement team to create high-quality assets for use by field teams, and channel partners.
- Partner with customer success and sales teams to gather customer feedback and use it to inform product development and marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to inform and refine product development and marketing strategies.
- Serve as both an internal and external technical evangelist for our products, speaking at industry events, webinars, and driving thought leadership across all channels.
- Apply a strong customer-centric focus to all content and programs
- Distill complex sets of information into clear written communications

- Worked at a privacy, security, compliance, or data governance software company previously in similar capacity.
- Relevant certifications in Product Marketing or Cyber Security.
