You will need

- Familiarity with heavy industrial and machinery sectors.
- Proven track record in messaging for engagement and conversion.
- Experience with websites, campaigns, and launches.
- Strong relationships with sales and product teams.
- Management experience for small teams.
- Fluency in marketing metrics and data tooling.
- A history of rapid experimentation for strategy development.
