We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product and CRM/Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a maternity leave cover.
In this role, you will
- Develop Go-To-Market Strategies: Craft and implement go-to-market plans for new features, ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
- Refine Audience Segmentation & Personas: Utilize data analytics to shape product positioning and campaigns.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning: Research competitor strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Messaging & Content Strategy: Create messaging that emphasizes Ecosiaโs climate impact and support content creation for various channels.
- CRM Strategy Development & Execution: Design, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns.
- User Retention & Engagement Initiatives: Design programs that encourage ongoing usage, implementing personalization strategies.
- Data-Driven Analysis & Optimization: Utilize CRM tools for evaluating user engagement metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to align CRM initiatives with marketing campaigns.
You will need
- 7-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and marketing automation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create innovative campaigns.
