- Shape messaging, positioning, and launch initiatives for the Gorgias Marketing Suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product adoption and revenue growth.
- Create enablement materials for internal teams.
- Own performance metrics and strategies for marketing initiatives.
- Manage project execution and oversee sales and CX collateral creation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing in high growth SaaS.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to translate insights into GTM fundamentals.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Creative and analytical skills.
