About the Role

  • Develop a strong go-to-market strategy for Gorgiasโ€™ Marketing Suite.
  • Oversee product adoption and support strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Drive execution and assist in long-term growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Shape messaging, positioning, and launch initiatives for the Gorgias Marketing Suite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Create enablement materials for internal teams.
  • Own performance metrics and strategies for marketing initiatives.
  • Manage project execution and oversee sales and CX collateral creation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing in high growth SaaS.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into GTM fundamentals.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Creative and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem and ecommerce marketing tools.
  • Experience with AI-powered products.
  • Product launch and campaign optimization experience.
  • Background in project management methodologies.
