- Act as an end-to-end creative owner across multiple marketing channels and campaigns.
- Write high-impact B2C content that drives member acquisition and engagement.
- Provide creative direction while working closely with designers to develop assets that are on-brand and visually compelling.
- Optimize creative using data and growth best practices to drive stronger results.
- Brainstorm and experiment with new creative ideas that help Thrive stand out and drive our goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution on tight timelines.

- A strong direct-to-consumer writer โ you can craft messaging that connects and converts.
- Creative and execution-driven โ you bring fresh ideas and see them through to completion.
- Strategic but adaptable โ you understand creative best practices but arenโt afraid to move fast and iterate.
- Collaborative โ you enjoy working with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized โ you can manage multiple projects without missing a beat.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in B2C content marketing, creative strategy, or copywriting/editorial roles.
- A passion and experience for writing direct-to-consumer marketing copy.
- Proven ability to develop multi-channel content that drives measurable outcomes.
- Strong project management skills and ability to navigate competing deadlines.
- A passion for fast-moving, high-growth environments where no two days look the same.
- Bonus: Experience collaborating with designers and guiding creative direction.
