Responsibilities
- Create smart, brand-building advertising that spans video ads to paid media testing.
- Work with copywriters, designers, marketing managers, and media buyers on campaign optimization.
- Plan and scope creative projects, managing timelines and delegating tasks.
- Manage various creative disciplines across multiple projects.
- Mentor and coach other creatives.
- Connect with marketing and growth stakeholders to build trust within the Brand Creative team.
Requirements
- BFA in graphic design, advertising, or similar field.
- 10+ years of experience in advertising, with 5 years in B2B and 2 years in people management.
- Strong portfolio of brand-building ideas across media: TV, digital, print, social media, and experiential.
- Expert presentation and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude as a self-starter.
