Responsibilities

  • Create smart, brand-building advertising that spans video ads to paid media testing.
  • Work with copywriters, designers, marketing managers, and media buyers on campaign optimization.
  • Plan and scope creative projects, managing timelines and delegating tasks.
  • Manage various creative disciplines across multiple projects.
  • Mentor and coach other creatives.
  • Connect with marketing and growth stakeholders to build trust within the Brand Creative team.

Requirements

  • BFA in graphic design, advertising, or similar field.
  • 10+ years of experience in advertising, with 5 years in B2B and 2 years in people management.
  • Strong portfolio of brand-building ideas across media: TV, digital, print, social media, and experiential.
  • Expert presentation and communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude as a self-starter.
