Responsibilities
- Craft engaging learning journeys: Develop comprehensive learning paths to elevate partners' sales and technical skills in enterprise generative AI.
- Design dynamic learning experiences: Create varied learning materials including written content, videos, interactive modules, and job aids for self-service, live, and virtual instructor-led training.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance educational offerings tailored to technical and sales partners.
- Identify and address gaps: Continuously assess and improve learning materials with innovative solutions.
- Empathize and advocate: Understand partner challenges and promote new educational opportunities to support growth.
- Leverage research-informed strategies: Apply current instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Foster a culture of assessment: Build a robust feedback and assessment system to refine learning programs.
- Build strong relationships: Cultivate connections with stakeholders and program managers for alignment and success.
Requirements
- Expertise and craftsmanship: Proven experience creating meaningful, concise, and effective learning experiences for external audiences.
- Experience in external enablement: 8+ years developing and delivering on-demand, VILT, and ILT learning with experience in partner or customer learning in enterprise software, backwards design, social/gamified learning, assessment design.
- Generative AI proficiency: Comfortable driving learning outcomes for generative AI with interest in AI tooling and solutions.
- Relationship builder: Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders and program managers.
- Instructional and UX design: Knowledgeable in instructional design methodologies and UX design principles.
- Tool proficiency: Experience with design, authoring, voice-over, and video creation tools.
- Iterative mindset: Comfortable with experimentation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-awareness and growth: Prioritizes feedback, personal growth, and leads process and project organization.
- Curiosity and passion: Naturally curious and enthusiastic about learning and providing fresh perspectives.
- Travel: Up to 15% domestic and international travel may be required.
- Portfolio: Submission of work sample or portfolio is required.
