Job Summary

• As an Adobe Workfront Technical Developer, responsible for configuration of complex business requirements into scalable architecture.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing consulting, training, and support for Adobe Workfront solutions.
• Enable clients to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and improve efficiency using Workfront platform.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Design customized Adobe Workfront solutions aligned with stakeholder objectives.
• Design and implement integration and data stories across Workfront and other systems.
• Collaborate and develop process and system documentation for scalability.
• Work directly with clients to troubleshoot and provide technical guidance.
• Assess post-implementation effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• Stay current on Workfront features, best practices, and trends to offer expert advice.
• Develop system best practices including templates, milestone paths, request queues, fields, reporting.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing with persona based test scripts.
• Understand client workflow complexities and translate into relevant configuration.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in client-facing, solutions consulting.
• Minimum 5 years technical configuration with Adobe Workfront including advanced reporting and custom form development.
• Strong understanding of Workfront and API capabilities for platform integration.
• Proven project management from inception to completion.
• Experience implementing Workfront across multi-group organizations.
