Job Summary
- As an Adobe Workfront Technical Developer, responsible for configuration of complex business requirements into scalable architecture.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing consulting, training, and support for Adobe Workfront solutions.
- Enable clients to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and improve efficiency using Workfront platform.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Design customized Adobe Workfront solutions aligned with stakeholder objectives.
- Design and implement integration and data stories across Workfront and other systems.
- Collaborate and develop process and system documentation for scalability.
- Work directly with clients to troubleshoot and provide technical guidance.
- Assess post-implementation effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
- Stay current on Workfront features, best practices, and trends to offer expert advice.
- Develop system best practices including templates, milestone paths, request queues, fields, reporting.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing with persona based test scripts.
- Understand client workflow complexities and translate into relevant configuration.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in client-facing, solutions consulting.
- Minimum 5 years technical configuration with Adobe Workfront including advanced reporting and custom form development.
- Strong understanding of Workfront and API capabilities for platform integration.
- Proven project management from inception to completion.
- Experience implementing Workfront across multi-group organizations.
