We Are Looking for Someone to Crush the Following
- Recruit, screen, and facilitate the hiring of rockstar candidates for open positions; work with hiring managers to understand what is needed for each role.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various HR topics to provide information and resolve problems.
- Assist with the build and improvement of People processes, including recruiting, onboarding, and benefit enrollment and administration.
- Assist with the administration of payroll.
- Organize quarterly feedback sessions.
- Assist in development and implementation of employee policies
What Youโll Need
- Prior experience as a HR Generalist or in a related position where you are a utility player.
- Bachelorโs degree in business administration or related fields or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication, people and management skills.
- Analytical mind with problem solving attitude.
- Must be self-motivated, have the ability to pivot quickly, and have a desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
- Knowledge of ADP HRIS systems, a plus.
- Passion and knowledge of web3, NFTs and crypto, a plus.
