We are looking for someone to crush the following:

• Recruit, screen, and facilitate the hiring of rockstar candidates for open positions; work with hiring managers to understand what is needed for each role.
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various HR topics to provide information and resolve problems.
• Assist with the build and improvement of People processes, including recruiting, onboarding, and benefit enrollment and administration.
• Assist with the administration of payroll.
• Organize quarterly feedback sessions.
• Assist in development and implementation of employee policies

What You’ll Need

• Prior experience as a HR Generalist or in a related position where you are a utility player.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional communication, people and management skills.
• Analytical mind with problem solving attitude.
• Must be self-motivated, have the ability to pivot quickly, and have a desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
• Knowledge of ADP HRIS systems, a plus.
• Passion and knowledge of web3, NFTs and crypto, a plus.
