Role Overview

  • Lead AI-driven customer acquisition and optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and scale AI voice agents.
  • Manage transition from traditional SDR programs to AI-powered solutions.
  • Drive lead remonetization strategies through insurance agency EIG.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams.
  • Design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize acquisition funnel.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Develop new A/B tests to improve Sales engagement for specific lead segments.
  • Deploy and optimize AI agents for customer inquiries in Customer Service and Sales.
  • Write narrative memos to senior leadership on performance.
  • Balance AI and human outbound lead qualification activities.
  • Manage and coach analysts to support Revenue Operations initiatives.
  • Optimize a lead remonetization funnel.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Operational Finance, or related roles.
  • Data-driven decision maker with ability to use data for creative solutions.
  • Proven AI implementation experience and writing AI prompts, preferably with voice agents or conversational AI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

Bonus Points

  • Experience in hypergrowth environments.
  • Experience working with Sales organizations.
  • Experience coordinating remote teams.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships including SaaS and BPO.
