The Role
- Abridge is rapidly growing and looking for a Product Operations Manager to help scale the product organization with excellence.
- Drive clarity, unlock execution, and ensure product managers and builders focus on creating user value.
- Embedded within Builders org, acting as a key operating partner to product leadership and reporting into Operations.
- Hands-on role for a structured thinker with GSD energy.
- Reporting to the COO, turn product goals into actionable plans, maintain roadmap, and ensure smooth launches, communications, and enablement.
Planning & Alignment
- Maintain single sources of truth including roadmap, goals, and feedback tracking.
- Build a product operating system anticipating needs.
- Facilitate quarterly roadmap reviews with cross-functional inputs.
- Cascade product updates across the company ensuring clarity and consistency.
Launch Operations & GTM Enablement
- Own release process end-to-end including readiness criteria, beta programs, commitments, and launch playbooks.
- Partner with Marketing and Success to deliver enablement such as training, FAQs, release notes, and demos.
- Facilitate ongoing product metrics reviews with Product, Data Science, and GTM leaders.
Knowledge & Tooling
- Build and maintain an internal knowledge base for product and GTM teams.
- Centralize, prioritize, tag customer feedback, route to relevant PMs and ensure review in roadmap forums.
Execution Excellence
- Track dependencies and surface risks with recommended resolutions.
- Build onboarding materials for new PMs to accelerate impact.
What Youβll Bring
- 3-5+ years in consulting, strategy & operations, product ops, investing, or related roles.
- Analytical thinker who designs product operating systems fitting context, not just applying playbooks.
- Skilled at driving alignment, distilling complexity, and clear communication.
- High EQ with ability to influence without authority and earn trust from PMs, engineers, GTM leaders, and executives.
- Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity, comfortable building and running systems.
Work Environment
- This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days weekly in San Francisco office.
