Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize electric motorcycle product usability and performance testing
- Manage repair processes and ensure seamless feedback integration with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
- Conduct comprehensive product validation testing
- Coordinate technical operations
- Serve as a critical bridge between test riders, technicians, customers, and product development team
- Structure and evolve repair processes for cancelled and internally used electric motorcycles
- Conduct detailed audits of repair quality using internal tools
- Assess repair quotes to guarantee quality work at competitive pricing
- Drive Product Validation and Testing initiatives and provide structured, constructive feedback
- Test and assess vehicles against real-world conditions
- Gather feedback from test riders and customers to inform product managers
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automotive Technology
- At least one year of hands-on technical experience, preferably in mobility or motorcycle-related sector
- Strong understanding of electric motorcycle mechanics and electronics
- Proficiency with technical tools and equipment to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong reporting skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and company tools like Safety Culture, Zoho CRM, and Notion
- Analytical mindset for data examination and problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for structured feedback
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, teamwork orientation, and effective time management
- A2 driver's license is an added advantage
- Willingness to work hands-on with test riders, technicians, and customers in a dynamic environment
Work Environment
- On-site role based in Nairobi, Kenya
- Work with diverse teams across UK, Europe, and Africa
