Role Description

  • Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
  • Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs.
  • Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients.
  • Deliver culturally responsive care accounting for clients' unique backgrounds.
  • Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
  • Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
  • Attend training to enhance clinical skills.
  • Access expert consultation and support for complex clients.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without disciplinary action.
  • Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
  • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
  • Preferred experience with telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment.
  • Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype).
  • Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload (30 potential bookable calendar spots per week).
  • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Full-time resident of the United States.

Compensation

  • The starting base salary is approximately $78,000 annually, with variations depending on role and location.
