Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous, data-driven research to strategically map the competitive landscape and target companies.
- Identify emerging product talent pools and report on market trends, compensation, and organizational structures.
- Proactively build and nurture long-term, high-quality talent pipelines for critical and complex Product Manager roles.
- Craft and execute highly personalized, precise, and compelling outreach campaigns to passive candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings assessing candidatesβ quality of thought, product philosophy, and alignment with precision and rigor standards.
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify Product Managers known for building entirely new products or features.
- Create methodologies to identify candidates using first principles reasoning for problem-solving.
- Engage candidates about product vision, strategy, and market impact leveraging deep business acumen.
- Partner with Senior Technical Recruiters and Product Leaders providing data on pipeline health and sourcing efficacy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of dedicated technical sourcing experience with minimum 2 years focused on Product Management or high-level technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in engaging highly passive, competitive talent pools using creative sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional business acumen and intellectual curiosity to articulate complex technology and business strategy.
- Ability to assess soft signals indicating 0-to-1 thinking and first-principles approach in candidate profiles.
- Outstanding written communication skills for high-quality candidate outreach.
- Mastery of sourcing tools, CRMs, and LinkedIn Recruiter with strong analytical skills for sourcing metrics.
