Role Overview

  • Work at the intersection of privacy, AI, health, product, and innovation.
  • Contribute to policymaking on privacy early in strategy and product roadmapping.

  • Shape Alan's privacy and product compliance program and its operational implementation.
  • Collaborate with product management, data professionals, health operations, design, and engineering teams daily.
  • Create frameworks, automations, and training resources empowering autonomous decision-making.
  • Serve as a business-enabler rather than gatekeeper, promoting proactive privacy and regulation thinking.
  • Engage with regulators proactively and contribute to healthcare innovation discussions.
  • Identify priorities and own projects end-to-end within the collaborative legal team environment.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years experience in Privacy, IT, and technology advisory at a top law firm, with product team experience.
  • French and/or foreign bar qualifications.
  • Strong written communication and ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Ability to simplify legal trade-offs and solutions for non-lawyers.
  • Strong GDPR expertise in multiple jurisdictions (France preferred, Spain or Belgium), Canadian privacy familiarity a plus.
  • Very good English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Passion for privacy impact on people and business with pragmatic risk focus.
  • Open mindset, stimulating collaborator, eager to learn and grow.
  • Natural contrarian spirit to find unique legal solutions.
  • French fluency and experience in health sector are bonuses.
