Responsibilities

  • Design paid social ad creative for ongoing campaigns and new product launches
  • Create email marketing creative for campaigns, flows, and announcements
  • Adapt and resize existing assets into new formats and variations
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on creative direction and concepts
  • Iterate on creative based on performance feedback and testing insights
  • Maintain strict brand consistency across all outputs
  • Organize and deliver clean, well-structured design files for handoff

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Proven experience creating paid social ad creative and email marketing creative
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and conversion-driven design principles
  • Experience designing for platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo or similar ESPs
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests at once
  • Experience with static and light motion graphics (GIFs / simple animations) is a plus
  • Prior experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands is a strong advantage
