Responsibilities
- Design paid social ad creative for ongoing campaigns and new product launches
- Create email marketing creative for campaigns, flows, and announcements
- Adapt and resize existing assets into new formats and variations
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on creative direction and concepts
- Iterate on creative based on performance feedback and testing insights
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all outputs
- Organize and deliver clean, well-structured design files for handoff
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proven experience creating paid social ad creative and email marketing creative
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and conversion-driven design principles
- Experience designing for platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo or similar ESPs
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests at once
- Experience with static and light motion graphics (GIFs / simple animations) is a plus
- Prior experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands is a strong advantage
