Job Description
As the Head of BD, you will play an integral role in developing Electronโs developer & project ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to build out the BD arm of Electron and form deep partnerships with projects building upon Electron. The ideal candidate will have a self-starter mentality, strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What Youโll Do
- Develop a thriving ecosystem of developers building upon Electron
- Develop network with projects in the ecosystem and collaborate with them
- Streamlining our partnership pipeline and processes.
- Studying and identifying markets to discover novel privacy use cases & opportunities.
- Create strategy to ensure a steady flow of inbound interest.
- Developing required content & collateral to drive partnerships ### ### What You'll Need
- Knowledge of the crypto and blockchain world, primarily having an understanding of how the ecosystem is composed.
- A successful background within the space across various projects and creating a structure with key players.
- Had experience wearing many hats throughout these different stages of growth, not being afraid to get their hands dirty
- A passion for creating engaging content to then present to prospective partnerships in the ecosystem.
- Experience within a start-up watching it grow from the beginning - i.e. from pre-launch and then following through to post network is a big plus
- Communication from non-technical to technical language and being able to bridge the knowledge to different stakeholders internally and externally is a big plus
