As the Head of BD, you will play an integral role in developing Electron’s developer & project ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to build out the BD arm of Electron and form deep partnerships with projects building upon Electron. The ideal candidate will have a self-starter mentality, strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a thriving ecosystem of developers building upon Electron
• Develop network with projects in the ecosystem and collaborate with them
• Streamlining our partnership pipeline and processes.
• Studying and identifying markets to discover novel privacy use cases & opportunities.
• Create strategy to ensure a steady flow of inbound interest.
• Developing required content & collateral to drive partnerships ### ### What You'll Need
• Knowledge of the crypto and blockchain world, primarily having an understanding of how the ecosystem is composed.
• A successful background within the space across various projects and creating a structure with key players.
• Had experience wearing many hats throughout these different stages of growth, not being afraid to get their hands dirty
• A passion for creating engaging content to then present to prospective partnerships in the ecosystem.
• Experience within a start-up watching it grow from the beginning - i.e. from pre-launch and then following through to post network is a big plus
• Communication from non-technical to technical language and being able to bridge the knowledge to different stakeholders internally and externally is a big plus
