Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all creative outputs, including print, digital, events, and social media.
- Design visually engaging slide presentations (various sizes and formats) using both Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint, incorporating animations, transitions, and custom visuals.
- Create supporting visual assets such as charts, graphs, infographics, and custom illustrations that enhance storytelling and comprehension.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, event, content and product teams to deliver high-impact visual content for internal and external use.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines, prioritizing effectively to meet tight turnarounds.
- Ensure final deliverables are error-free, polished, and adhere to brand and quality standards through meticulous proofing.
- Maintain an organized workflow using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to track progress and communicate status updates.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture while being comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative.
What You Bring
- Proven experience (7+ years) as a graphic designer in a fast-paced environment, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of design craftsmanship across a variety of formats: presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, OOH, event materials, and digital media.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Proficiency in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced features such as animations, transitions, templates, and master slides.
- Familiarity with interactive content creation tools and animation software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and proofing skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours to meet critical deadlines.
- Experience with Figma, AEM, Ceros, or similar platforms is a plus.
