Job Description
- Meet with Subject Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses and document content-specific knowledge to support training development
- Develop SMART Learning Objectives
- Design and develop all training content (instructor slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, web-based training, decks, interactivity modules, quizzes, activities, etc.)
- Create assessments per the defined assessment strategy
- Provide support to facilitate answer validation sessions, ensuring assessments are well-aligned and defensible
- Review training content created by other team members
- Peer to Peer mentorship and upskilling
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in education, learning theory, Instructional design, and/or related discipline field or equivalent practical experience
- 10 yrs experience in lieu of degree
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning using multiple media
- Experience using Articulate to create training content
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting
- Experience with e-learning authoring software such as Articulate Storyline 360, Evolve, Google Slides
- Strong QA/QC skills
