Job Description

  • Meet with Subject Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses and document content-specific knowledge to support training development
  • Develop SMART Learning Objectives
  • Design and develop all training content (instructor slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, web-based training, decks, interactivity modules, quizzes, activities, etc.)
  • Create assessments per the defined assessment strategy
  • Provide support to facilitate answer validation sessions, ensuring assessments are well-aligned and defensible
  • Review training content created by other team members
  • Peer to Peer mentorship and upskilling

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in education, learning theory, Instructional design, and/or related discipline field or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 yrs experience in lieu of degree
  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning using multiple media
  • Experience using Articulate to create training content
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting
  • Experience with e-learning authoring software such as Articulate Storyline 360, Evolve, Google Slides
  • Strong QA/QC skills
