ABOUT THE ROLE
Weβre hiring a Social Native Hybrid Designer a hands-on creative who thinks in tweets, designs in Figma, and animates in After Effects. This role sits at the intersection of graphic design, motion design, and social-first content, with all campaigns launched primarily on X (Twitter).
Youβll work alongside Social and Creative leads to rapidly execute campaign visuals, motion assets, and native social content that feels sharp, on-brand, and built for Crypto Twitter. WHAT YOUβLL DO
- Static Design & Visual Execution
- Design campaign visual assets for X, including branded graphics, infographics, carousels, image-based announcements, and data visualisations
- Create social-native templates and reusable design systems that maintain brand consistency across rapid campaign cycles
- Produce meme formats, reaction graphics, and trendjack visuals that match the speed and tone of Crypto Twitter
- Pair copy and visuals as unified deliverables, ensuring text overlays, CTAs, and layout hierarchy maximise engagement on X
- Adapt existing brand assets into platform-optimised formats for Xβs image and media specifications
- Motion Design & Animation
- Create motion content including animated banners, logo reveals, countdown sequences, and campaign teasers and launch for X
- Produce GIFs, micro-animations, and looping video assets optimised for autoplay in Xβs feed
- Bring static campaign visuals to life with motion to boost scroll-stopping impact and engagement
- Work with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut workflows to deliver motion assets at speed
- Develop reusable motion templates and animation presets that accelerate production across campaigns
- Collaboration & Quality
- Work closely with Social, Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams throughout campaign execution
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming, trend monitoring, and creative reviews
- Ensure messaging accuracy and visual consistency, especially around campaign mechanics and eligibility
- Support localisation by making content and visual assets translation-ready and scalable
WHAT WEβRE LOOKING FOR
- Core Requirements
- Prior experience in Web3, DeFi, crypto exchange, or fintech, with an understanding of how these industries communicate visually and verbally
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work for social platforms, with emphasis on X (Twitter) or similar short-form environments
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator for static asset production
- Working knowledge of motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or based workflows
- Deep understanding of Xβs content formats, algorithm behaviours, engagement patterns, and visual best practices
- Ability to write concise, engaging social copy and pair it seamlessly with designed visuals
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, colour, and layout within social media constraints
- Detail-oriented, especially with campaign logic, eligibility conditions, and brand guidelines
- Comfortable with fast-paced timelines, reactive workflows, and managing multiple concurrent campaigns
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
