- Write clear and actionable briefs
- Analyze UA performance and creatives to improve key metrics
- Run ongoing market and competitor research, extract trends, apply insights
- Provide continuous feedback and share best practices
- Mentor junior team members

- Own full creative production cycle from idea to execution
- Lead and motivate team to deliver top results
- Plan workload, prioritize tasks and goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and efficiency
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer / Creative Strategist / UA Creative Specialist
- Strong experience in performance marketing and web-based products
- Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and/or Google Ads creatives
- Proven track record of creating creatives that meet or exceed performance benchmarks
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and conversion-driven creatives
- Experience working with UGC formats, storytelling, and funnels
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable creative ideas
- High level of autonomy and ownership
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level
