We are the 4th largest GLP-1 provider in the UK, aiming to be number one. In this role, you will build and scale the clinical operating system for GLP-1 patients. This is not a passive role; you will take ownership of productization, operational design, and performance.You will lead the clinical team and unify Clinical, Product, and Operations, translating prescribing frameworks into clear workflows. Expectations involve ensuring clinical capacity meets growth demands and maintaining high prescriber standards.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- GPhC pharmacist or GP + independent prescriber
- Experience in writing and operationalising protocols
- Product management skills
- Commercial mindset in clinical contexts
- Data-driven performance management
- Staffing and rota ownership experience
- Understanding of regulated healthcare environments
