Responsibilities
- Lead product training and support go-live
- Develop product expertise
- Understand core product workflows
- Stay current on features and integrations
- Create training materials
- Facilitate team communication
- Manage vendor tasks and escalations
- Address product queries
- Drive project success
- Act as a radiology workflow consultant
- Conduct workflow discovery and gap analysis
- Support pre-sales engagements
- Communicate effectively
Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of relevant customer-facing experience with an emphasis on product expertise and/or industry knowledge
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize competing priorities
- Excellent people/relationship management and communication skills
- Practical working knowledge of SaaS solutions, implementations, and technical concepts
- Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across the company
- Prior hands-on experience in a radiology or imaging environment
- Ability to engage clinical stakeholders with credibility
Preferred
- Bachelorβs degree or above
- Growth stage scale startup experience
- Prior professional consulting or healthcare software implementation experience
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and EHRs
- Direct clinical experience as a radiology technologist, PACS administrator, or radiology IT specialist
- Experience supporting or selling radiology-specific HIT products
