We are looking for an International Accountant who is able to get things done. Do you want to help scale a finance and accounting team. This role will be responsible for owning the end to end financial process for several Neon Labs entities. A self-starter with the desire to build processes and discover efficiencies from scratch will thrive!
What you will do:
- Month-end-close tasks including preparation journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist in preparing monthly balance sheet and income statement flux variance analyses
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with local laws
- Partner closely with the Finance team around monthly analysis and other ad-hoc projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members in delivering high quality, decision ready information to business partners
- Tax compliance support for various filings
- Support internal and external audit requirements for some countries
What do we need:
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting (multinational company experience preferred)
- Solid knowledge of accounting processes
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborative and enthusiastic, whilst maintaining a high level of integrity and honesty
- High communication skills in English, both written and verbal
