About The Role:
Notion is looking for an experienced Customer Marketing leader to join our growing team. You will be responsible for defining the customer marketing function, scaling both customer advocacy (e.g. stories, testimonials, references) and core customer programs (e.g. Customer Advisory Board, customer-centric campaigns). Your role will be instrumental in developing the strategies and tactics needed to make Notion customer-centric, activate our customer community, and shape our customer experience.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on customer marketing experience
- Experience working in the software or B2B technology industry
- Proven success in developing and executing effective customer advocacy programs
- Experience building customer relationships, managing customer feedback, and conducting interviews
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer-centric campaigns
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, brand, content and product teams in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of demand generation and growth marketing strategies
What You'll Achieve:
- Developing and executing a customer advocacy strategy, including creating and managing the customer reference program
- Building relationships with customers and gathering feedback through the Customer Advisory Board and other community initiatives
- Crafting customer campaigns, reviews and ratings programs to improve customer engagement and loyalty
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Notion or other no-code/low-code tools
- Experience with design, writing, and creative thinking skills
- Understanding of demand generation and growth marketing strategies

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the roleโs scope and complexity, and the candidateโs experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
