Weโre currently looking for a Post-Production Producer who will act as a key coordinator between the creative concept and the final content โ ensuring that it aligns with our brand and messaging while taking into account the specifics of each platform.
Your impact
Developing and continuously improving comprehensive guidelines for photo and video post-production to ensure high quality and consistency with the brandโs visual identity.
Effectively communicatingand coordinating with external post-production contractors (retouchers, video editors, colorists); an existing network of reliable vendorsis a plus.
Creating clearand detailed technical briefs for all types of content post-production tasks.
Managing the entire photoand video workflow โ from receiving raw materials to final approvaland delivery of completed files.
Buildingand managing AI-generation workflows for photoand video content โ either executing them yourself or briefingand coordinating external contractors who specialize in AI-generated visuals.
Contributing to both technicaland creative decision-making to improve the efficiency of post-production processes.
About you
- Experience managing and producing post-production processes (photo/video, with a systematic and structured approach to workflows.
Proven experience buildingand operating AI-generation pipelines for photo/video/graphic content, including tool selection, testing, integration,and hands-on content generationand processing (auto-editing, upscaling, short-form adaptation.
Experience sourcingand coordinating contractors for AI-related tasks.
Ability to work with large volumes of information, including structuring dataand coordinating processes.
Ability to work with creative briefs, technical assignments,and project changes.
A good sense of color and audio-visual synchronization.
Excellent communicationand negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflictsand take ownership of decisions.
Strong attention to detailand the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to quickly analyze situationsand find alternative solutions.
Good time-management skillsand a strong sense of responsibility when managing processes.
English proficiency at Intermediate level or above.
Nice to have
- Interest in the Health & Fitness industryand an active lifestyle, with experience using mobile apps, YouTube, or online fitness challenges for workouts.
Basic skills in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Interest in trendsand new tools for AI-generated content.
