Join the Exoticca product team, we are a young and dynamic team, looking for the best profiles to give a twist to the travel industry. Based in Barcelona in a multicultural atmosphere, we develop new destination offersand give traditional ones a new perspective through research, brainstorming,and strong negotiations with our existing and new providers worldwide.
What are we proposing?
Join us as a Travel Product Specialist! As a part of the product team, you are responsible for creating and uploading the agreements with partners into our systemand following best practices to deliver and produce the best offers in the market.
Be a Part of a Team Where You Will
- You will create the most competitive travel packages after the primary mediation using our internal systemand platforms.
Be an active team player, you will work closely with the Product Brand departmentand Flights team to follow up the production processand meet the publication deadlines.
Daily management/coordinationwith the suppliers to ensure the correct configuration of the product, prices, qualityand maximize salesand customer experience.
You will be responsible for active support to our different teams on the specifications of our products; Solving daily requestsand providing product insights to Sales, Customer Serviceand B2B departments.
Ensureand improve the quality of the productsand destinations insights, during creation, developmentand after publication
Daily useand expertise of Exoticca’s own Back Office, Microsoft Office, Google tools, Asana, Kanban methodology, Signaturit, Confluenceand Looker.
Requirements
- High ability to interactand communicate effectively
- Quick adaptation to change (the ability to quicklyand successfully embrace changeand adapt effectively in response)
- Attention to detailand quality-driven products
- Minimum studies: Tourism degree preferably
Preferably 2 years of minimum experience in the tourism industry, specifically in the tour operations/travel agency field.
A can-do spirit: you are coachable, highly motivated,and driven to succeed.
Proven fluency, proven experience using English at a professional level both writtenand spoken.
