About the Project
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Creative Producer based in New York to lead the local production of an upcoming digital lifestyle content shoot for an international wellness brand.
The production will involve both indoor and outdoor locations, capturing lifestyle-driven content with an authentic, natural and aspirational visual approach.
Working closely with our creative and production teams in Barcelona, you will be responsible for overseeing the local production process, ensuring the creative vision is delivered to the highest standard while balancing creative ambition, production feasibility, budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the local production process in New York, from pre-production through shoot execution and wrap.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams in Barcelona to translate the creative vision into a feasible production plan.
- Identify, negotiate and manage local production suppliers, crew, locations and talent.
- Oversee production logistics, including location scouting, permits, equipment, crew coordination and scheduling.
- Manage production budgets, cost estimates and local expenses, ensuring financial efficiency and transparency.
- Ensure all production requirements are met, maintaining high standards of creative and production excellence.
- Act as the main local production contact, providing regular updates and proactively identifying potential challenges.
- Ensure the shoot runs smoothly, efficiently and in line with the approved creative approach, budget and schedule.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in advertising, audiovisual or commercial production.
- Proven experience producing digital content and lifestyle shoots in New York.
- Strong knowledge of the local production landscape, including crew, suppliers, locations and production resources.
- Experience managing production budgets, negotiations and cost control.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with international teams.
- Fluent in English.
- A hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
