Mural is seeking a dedicated, upbeat Talent Leader who is eager for an opportunity to continue crafting the organization's culture. The Director of Global Talent Acquisition will own all aspects of the global talent function to support the overall business goals and strategic direction.
You will oversee all aspects of talent management and development for an organization with a global presence. You are strategic and take a visionary approach to attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in a competitive and constantly evolving global landscape.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver Muralโs global talent strategy, including the successful creation and execution of the recruiting process
- Maintain the best-in-class tools, systems, and training vital to scale and support the global function
- Partner with the Chief People Officer and the senior executive team to evolve Muralโs talent systems and processes to leverage data collection and organizational insights, expand diverse talent needs, and increase expansion into new markets
- Build and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top executive talent
- Upgrade an extraordinary candidate experience along with a data-driven assessment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize their talent acquisition game plan
- Build and optimize our recruiting processes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and teams
- Direct a team of talent management and development professionals, providing mentorship, support, and coaching as needed
- Orchestrate Muralโs brand as an employer by sharing stories about our culture, growth, and direction
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management and development, and incorporate this knowledge into the organization's approach to talent management
- Create and implement metrics to measure the efficiency of talent management and development initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
- 10+ years of experience in talent management and executive recruitment with a proven track record of leading global talent initiatives
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and empower teams
- Experience working in a global and culturally diverse environment, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities associated with leading and hiring talent in a global context
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with collaborators at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to influence and coach functional leaders as they build and scale their teams
- High level of excitement about process improvement and creative problem-solving; ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions in a scaling company environment
