Responsibilities
Designing next-generation Sonarworks SoundID product
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure that design is integrated into the product development process from start to finish
Lead the design team, provide guidance and support to other designers, and help them to reach their full potential
Ensure that design deliverables are of high quality and are aligned with the company's design standards maintaining and evolving a consistent and coherent design language across all products and platforms
Collaborate with external creative agencies and freelancers to bring in fresh perspectives and enhance the design work produced by the internal team
By working closely with user researchers, take part and ensure that the right user research is done to validate design decisions and inform the design process
Requirements
Professional experience designing digital products, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centred designs that meet business goals
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex design challenges
A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with digital product design, including mobile and web applications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Leadership skills
