We're looking for a part-time entry-level support professional to assist our full-time employees when needed during business hours and to perform support tasks regularly during weekends. This role will report directly to our Head of Customer Support.
You Will:
- Respond to incoming emails from users via our Zendesk CRM
- Take ownership of customer issues and address them accordingly, consulting with our Head of Customer Support when needed.
- Evaluate and process reports of Community Guidelines violations
- File bug reports and feature requests
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
You Have:
- At least 1 year of tech customer support/service experience with international customers
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills (English)
- A strong ability to operate multiple applications and platforms
- Capability to handle multiple responsibilities at once and are very detail-oriented.
- $25-$35 per hour DOE
