Job Description
The Head of Ecosystem Success is the main point of contact and key liaison between the best builders and the Algorand Foundation. You will tap into the ambitions of the most promising projects on Algorand and be their biggest advocate to get them the tools and resources needed to become category-defining apps in the blockchain space.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop support frameworks for different verticals launching projects in the Algorand ecosystem; think creatively to anticipate ecosystem needs
- Connect projects to the right resources at the right time to help them execute and scale at record speeds
- Coordinate externally with top ecosystem project stakeholders and cross-functionally within Algorand Foundation to marshal resources for launches and campaigns
- Jointly develop co-marketing campaigns for ecosystem projects that can effectively leverage and contribute to global marketing and partnerships
- Connect the dots and leverage connections for teams, including for things like introductions between technical and entrepreneurial talent, recruiting, capital introductions etc.ย
- Generate proposals on scalable forms of support that the Foundation can offer and methods/options for delivering such support in a frictionless manner
- โPortfolio managingโ priority projects to regularly check-in with them on their progress and reporting on their successes as they go live on mainnet
- Maintain the Algorand ecosystem website
- Keep Foundation staff informed of developments within the ecosystem on a frequent basis and in a user-friendly and organized manner
- Participate in Algorand hosted and Algorand attended events to run the Foundationโs on-site presence and help ecosystem partners navigate opportunities with the Foundation;
- Work closely with vertical leads, community leads, marketing, and ecosystem funding at the Foundation to empower an inclusive and successful ecosystem. Work in particular as a close partner on the developer journey with the head of developer outreach and the head of global accelerators.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and the dApp landscape within Algorand and elsewhere
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A relentless eye for details and excellent organizational and project management skills
- A sense of humor and affability to interact with a wide range of personality types
- Analytical ability to set and assess success metrics/KPIs on a per project basis
- Desire to keep up to date with new technologies, solutions and business concepts and the progress of projects built with them
- High degree of comfort with ambiguity and a knack for quickly ramping on new skills and functions.
- Self-starter and independent mindset, you are driven to create impact in the organization
- Excellent networking interest and aptitude
GOOD TO HAVE
- Technical skills and background
- 3 years of experience in the blockchain industry
- Familiarity and affinity for the Algorand Ecosystem
