As a Compliance Officer you will be responsible for:
- Governance and control
- Enhancing, implementing, and managing compliance policies and procedures
- Following up on any breaches or outliers to regulatory standards
- Conducting periodic compliance testing, assessing findings and addressing both the strengths and deficiencies
- Leading and performing due diligence on third parties in partnership with the business
- Developing a framework for evaluating and reporting on potential threats or risks across all business units
- Serving as the expert on risk management, compliance and information security as they relate to the companyโs business and operations
- Facilitating and delivering training and awareness ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of requirements ### ### Requirements:
- Deep experience in AML and KYC in banking
- Exposure to Fintech regulations and requirements
