Senior Creative Copy Lead, Growth

In this role, you will

• Translate marketing briefs into innovative campaigns for user acquisition and engagement.
• Lead the production of creative assets across various channels like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to integrate the EarnIn brand within customer journeys.
• Develop the creative copy team to ensure top-notch storytelling and messaging.
• Use consumer insights to inform creative decisions.
• Influence executives and cross-functional partners for brand enhancement.
• Review marketing copy to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Manage vendor relationships.

You will need

• 10+ years in brand creative, particularly in performance and growth marketing.
• Experience in crafting creative strategies across multiple marketing platforms.
• Proven adaptability in making real-time creative decisions based on research and data.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and retain talented creative teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• A portfolio submission is required for consideration.
