In this role, you will
- Translate marketing briefs into innovative campaigns for user acquisition and engagement.
- Lead the production of creative assets across various channels like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to integrate the EarnIn brand within customer journeys.
- Develop the creative copy team to ensure top-notch storytelling and messaging.
- Use consumer insights to inform creative decisions.
- Influence executives and cross-functional partners for brand enhancement.
- Review marketing copy to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Manage vendor relationships.
You will need
- 10+ years in brand creative, particularly in performance and growth marketing.
- Experience in crafting creative strategies across multiple marketing platforms.
- Proven adaptability in making real-time creative decisions based on research and data.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and retain talented creative teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- A portfolio submission is required for consideration.
