In this role, you will
- Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- Translate user research findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project goals, requirements, and constraints.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in UX design.
You will need
- Experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
