In this role, you will
- Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers and motion designers.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Forecast and allocate staff resources based on their skills and workload.
- Oversee workflows for creative development, resourcing, and quality control.
- Manage communication and handle escalations for a high-volume team.
- Sourcing and managing vendors for production needs.
You will need
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a people manager role in the creative or advertising industries.
- A proven track record of managing creative teams and delivering projects on time.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor.
- Proficiency in project management software and digital advertising platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic and advertising technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
