We are looking for a Manager, Creative Services to lead our talented Production team.

In this role, you will

  • Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers and motion designers.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Forecast and allocate staff resources based on their skills and workload.
  • Oversee workflows for creative development, resourcing, and quality control.
  • Manage communication and handle escalations for a high-volume team.
  • Sourcing and managing vendors for production needs.

You will need

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a people manager role in the creative or advertising industries.
  • A proven track record of managing creative teams and delivering projects on time.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor.
  • Proficiency in project management software and digital advertising platforms.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic and advertising technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
