In this role, you will
- Create high-quality training content for asynchronous delivery.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts for impactful training materials.
- Maintain and update existing training content to align with product needs.
- Work with the Training Lead on project timelines and rollout plans.
You will need
- Bachelorβs and/or Masterβs degree in relevant fields.
- 5 years of experience in training content development with SaaS products.
- Experience across various content formats, including video and presentations.
- Advanced knowledge of Instructional Design best practices.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
