In this role, you will
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of graphic designers, motion designers, and other creative professionals.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct performance reviews.
- Forecast, allocate, and monitor staff resources to ensure project completion.
- Improve workflows for creative development and asset delivery.
- Manage communication and handle rush requests for timely project completion.
- Sourcing and managing vendors for production needs.
You will need
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a people manager role within creative or advertising industries.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a diverse team.
- Curiosity and analytical mindset, proficiency in project management software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the programmatic and advertising industries.
- Exceptional communication skills for various stakeholders.
