In this role, you will
- Act as the main product expert during customer projects.
- Facilitate discovery of customer objectives and translate them into deployment plans.
- Work with Project Managers on deployment tasks.
- Execute tailored AI strategies based on customer goals.
- Exceed KPIs for your Project Portfolio.
- Collaborate with Support and R&D teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure self-serve materials are up to date with the Customer Education Team.
You will need
- 4+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
- Genuine interest and positivity in your work.
- A passion for technology and problem-solving.
- The ability to simplify complex topics for training.
- Comfort with video calls and rapport building.
- Adaptability to constant change and experimentation.
