AI Deployment Specialist

In this role, you will

• Act as the main product expert during customer projects.
• Facilitate discovery of customer objectives and translate them into deployment plans.
• Work with Project Managers on deployment tasks.
• Execute tailored AI strategies based on customer goals.
• Exceed KPIs for your Project Portfolio.
• Collaborate with Support and R&D teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure self-serve materials are up to date with the Customer Education Team.

You will need

• 4+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Genuine interest and positivity in your work.
• A passion for technology and problem-solving.
• The ability to simplify complex topics for training.
• Comfort with video calls and rapport building.
• Adaptability to constant change and experimentation.
