We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and maintain on-demand instructional course content for field associates.

In this role, you will

  • Design scalable learning experiences aligned with business outcomes.
  • Consult with Role Architects and Learning Experience Managers on learning needs.
  • Use data and analytics to inform learning design and assess solution effectiveness.
  • Employ agile processes to create engaging eLearning and blended learning experiences.
  • Partner with Learning Designers to develop standardized processes and templates.

You will need

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a sales enablement role.
  • Experience with agile learning principles, design thinking, and UX design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Articulate 360 applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
  • High proficiency in video and audio editing.
  • A track record of success in dynamic environments.
