In this role, you will
- Design scalable learning experiences aligned with business outcomes.
- Consult with Role Architects and Learning Experience Managers on learning needs.
- Use data and analytics to inform learning design and assess solution effectiveness.
- Employ agile processes to create engaging eLearning and blended learning experiences.
- Partner with Learning Designers to develop standardized processes and templates.
You will need
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a sales enablement role.
- Experience with agile learning principles, design thinking, and UX design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Articulate 360 applications.
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- High proficiency in video and audio editing.
- A track record of success in dynamic environments.
