In this role, you will
- Lead the analysis, design, and development of training solutions.
- Support implementation, delivery, and evaluation of training programs.
- Establish rapport with SMEs and stakeholders to understand and align solutions.
- Document and publish internal processes and standards.
- Use training data to drive ongoing performance improvement.
You will need
- Bachelorโs degree with 13+ years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with 6 years of experience.
- Manufacturing and automation experience preferred.
- Medical device industry experience preferred.
- Degrees in training, learning and development, or human performance improvement.
- Instructional design certification and project management certification desired.
- Experience with start-up/scale-up organizations.
