In this role, you will
- Establish principles, processes, and cadence for product design
- Manage and coach designers
- Lead the design process from wireframing to prototypes
- Identify UX challenges and conduct user research
- Ensure a well-defined navigation flow
- Influence product strategy with an emphasis on UX considerations
You will need
- Experience with building and leading a team of designers
- Proven experience in a senior design role with a portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma), front-end technologies, and UX research methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with data-intensive or ML products, ideally SaaS
- Strong track record in a fast-paced startup environment
