In this role, you will
- Develop and deliver high-impact learning experiences for the sales team.
- Create engaging training programs that support sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Design and develop sales enablement training, including eLearning and workshops.
- Partner with sales leaders and SMEs to identify training needs.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop targeted learning strategies.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and refine content continuously.
- Manage training delivery through learning management systems.
You will need
- Bachelorโs degree in Instructional Design, Education, organizational development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training and enablement, specifically within sales enablement at a SaaS company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to create high-impact learning content that resonates with sales professionals.
- Proficiency in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate RISE, Camtasia, Adobe, etc.) and multimedia creation tools.
- Strong experience with LMS and CMS platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, especially for sales training.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
