In this role, you will

• Develop and deliver high-impact learning experiences for the sales team.
• Create engaging training programs that support sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Design and develop sales enablement training, including eLearning and workshops.
• Partner with sales leaders and SMEs to identify training needs.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop targeted learning strategies.
• Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and refine content continuously.
• Manage training delivery through learning management systems.

You will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, organizational development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training and enablement, specifically within sales enablement at a SaaS company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to create high-impact learning content that resonates with sales professionals.
• Proficiency in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate RISE, Camtasia, Adobe, etc.) and multimedia creation tools.
• Strong experience with LMS and CMS platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, especially for sales training.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
